Given the handmade nature of our products, It takes 1-4 weeks to complete a ceramic piece (depending on design and detailing of the product).
Orders / Commissions between the months November and February may take few days more due to the drying and moisture conditions in cold months.
Custom commission based ceramics can take from 2 weeks to 6 weeks, depending on design.
We ship all across India.
Once shipped, delivery takes 2-7 business days depending on the delivery pin code.
You will receive your order confirmation and a link to track the status of your order on your registered email address and phone number.
PLEASE NOTE: for any returns, unpacking video is a must, we are not responsible for any breakages or physical damage if the unpacking video is not provided.
